Please read this information before taking part in the project:

    • The subject of this research is to understand current and future holiday behaviour, and response to holiday brands. The aim is to inform the creation of future holiday offerings.

    • During the survey, limited amounts of personal data may be collected. Please note we strive to keep to a minimum the amount of personal data that is collected. But this includes: your opinions collected during the process, and your contact details where you are happy for us to contact you again in relation to this project.

    • All analysis and reporting will be fully anonymised, and we will never attribute any quotes or comments to individuals.

    • Taking part in the survey is completely voluntary. The survey takes up to 15 minutes to complete.

    • This research is being conducted in accordance with the MRS Code of Conduct.

    • Solutions Research and our clients take looking after your data very seriously.

    • All personal data collected will be stored for up to 12 months after the end of the project. It is stored securely on the Solutions Research server and is accessed only by the project team and their data processors. It will then be securely destroyed.

    • No personal data is used for any other purposes other than for this research project, or associated research projects.

    • We do not share, sell, rent or trade your personal information to any other third parties for any purpose.

    • All analysis and reporting back to the client including any reports which may reach the public domain are fully anonymised.

    • We may wish to recontact you after you complete the survey. This may be to follow up and check responses, to ask some further questions about this research or to invite you to take part in a further stage of the study, or a new related study with a different purpose.

  • If you have any questions, please ask the researcher present, or contact our Administration team at Solutions Research by emailing info@solutions-research.co.uk

    • You have the right to withdraw from the research session at any time, and to withdraw consent for your personal data to be collected, used and stored by contacting Solutions Research Ltd at info@solutions-research.co.uk

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the Member State of residence. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
