Jen has worked in qualitative research since 1996. She trained at advertising research specialists DRSM, broadened her experience to include brand strategy, new product development and packaging design at Navigator Research and Planning (where she met Michelle and Rob of Solutions Research) and finally settled in at Arnold & Bolingbroke where she ran studies in the automotive and telecoms sectors and created ethnographic films for an automotive client.

Jen has a four year old son and another on the way and is currently continuing her career in qualitative research on a freelance and occasionally contract basis for a couple of boutique qualitative research agencies, including Solutions. Her most recent work has been in the social research and advertising development sectors. In between working and parenting a young family, Jen enjoys eating and drinking well, and spending time with her family in The Great Outdoors, preferably on her bike. One day when the kids are out of nappies, she'll go on the road exploring off track Europe in a barefoot luxury dolly'd up campervan.
