Solutions is an independent company which specialises in both UK and international qualitative research. Solutions was founded in February 2001 by Michelle Lloyd who has a traditional research background combined with experience from other areas including NPD and video production. Michelle is also a linguist, having lived and worked abroad.

Solutions is a COI Framework agency and works in both social and commercial fields. Solutions is a member of the following trade associations: The Market Research Society, ESOMAR and APG. Michelle is a full member of the MRS and the AQR. Solutions is part of the Synergy group.
